Rates  

We charge a flat rate of $50.00 per hour with a 24 hour turn around*.  Many temp agencies have half-day minimums for their staff; our minimum time is just half an hour^.  Although $50.00 per hour may seem costly, remember, you are not paying us to sit in your office all day, you are only paying for the time required on the actual task.

If required, time outside of these hours is negotiable. Call or email us anytime, we are only too happy to help.

Hours

Our hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. However, we are available 7 days a week and outside of normal business hours, enabling us to work with you exactly when you need it.

As a general rule, if your required task is received by us by 5.00pm Friday, you will have your work guaranteed by 9.00am Monday, unless required earlier and/or arranged otherwise.

Payment Terms

All jobs are invoiced weekly with an itemised account, unless previously arranged.  All payments are strictly 7 days.

Payment Methods 

Payments accepted by way of direct credit and/or business cheque. If paying by direct credit, please ensure the correct invoice number is quoted at time of payment.

*   This is purely a deadline.  All jobs are done on a “first come, first served” basis unless specified otherwise.  

^   All jobs are a minimum of ½ hour. Eg. If your only job for the week is 10 minutes you will be charged for 30     minutes. Anything above and beyond 30 minutes is at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
